How do I back up files from Cpanel?
I do notapper to hve access to WHM to enable back ups?

You can use FTP to download all the files or, from cPanel, zip all the files are download the archive.

Only administrators have WHM access. Automatic backups are disabled because it uses a lot of unnecessary CPU that could be used for making the service better.

As xac0989 mentioned, you can manually create a backup by archiving all files and download the archive.

To backup databases, use the Export feature in phpMyAdmin.
