The default cPanel backup feature has been disabled to prevent server abuse. However your data is backed up daily, and you can restore them by using the r1Soft Restore option. To download, you will have to manually compress all the files and then download them to the PC. You can also download the databases through PHPMYADMIN.

but i need backups of databases too :(
Edit:
Thanx GamingX... well can you be more explicit about manually compressing the files and downloading...
Edit:
Thank you everyone... you guys rock!!!
I was really frustrated about the backing up problem.
Now i came to know that compressing option is available in file manager.
Every file is backed up & i'm happy

Thanx again
Gautam
