Backup while suspended

I was just wondering if anyone would please help me. I got suspended for a good reason and I know that, so I am not asking to get unsuspended, but I was just wondering if I could get a backup of my website and database. Thank you if you can help me.

You can't get a backup while you are suspended. If you request an unsuspension after your suspension period is over (In 7 days time) then someone will unsuspend your account. Then you can get a backup and either remove the content of ask for you account to be deleted.
