I don't need unlimited space and band.
I just need a 100mb backup ability in my free cpanel.

You can take your own backups in cPanel file manager. A specific cPanel backup system is only available in the Premium hosting package.

I also advise you to make a separate, and easy to find link of a manual translation of your site into English, Spanish, or French to comply with x10hosting's TOS language requirements.
