Usually, these types of requests aren't entertained but still I am going to escalate this ticket so that a system administrator could try to restore the latest backup available.
By the way,as far as I know,x10 free hosting servers are backed up on a regular basis.
But,having said that error-free backups are the sole responsibility of the customer.
