There are no automated backups on X10Hosting free of files, databases, settings, and etc.
It's quite easy to back up everything yourself using FTP and phpMyAdmin and it is highly recommended to keep your own backups in case of some catastrophe.
X10Hosting premium does offer backups, but it's not free.

If you install your CMS/blog/etc via Softaculous, it has a one-click backup feature (for at least WordPress and Drupal). Then you can download a copy of the zipped backup.
Either way:
1. Don't forget to download your backup. If you keep them on the server and the server crashes or your account is deleted, they are gone.
2. If you do keep a copy of the backup on your account (in case you accidentally wipe files, etc), just keep one or two. Tons of backups will eat into your disk space.
