Backups

I need to download a monthly backup for my forums, but I cannot find the "Backups" button in Cpanel, it's just not there...any help would be appreciated. Don't bother telling me where the backups button is suppose to me, because I know...it's not there...

i justed look and my back up is there it is under the heaind files and it is the first 2 icons under that heading

It's missing for me too. I posted a thread about it, but received no help I need to backup my site so I can manually upgrade to Ad-Enhanced.

Ah...next time it would help if the support person could actually resolve the problem before they mark it as resolved and close the thread...I'm still having the problem, the "Backups" button in Cpanel is NOT there, I really need help.

Which package do you have? Ad-Free or Ad-Enhanced? I'm on the Ad-Free and I can definitely see the Back-Up Wizard via (/frontend/x3/backup/wizard.html). It may be under the Files tab, of course, this is for Ad-Free people. It may be very different for Ad-Enhanced.

Ok, thanks. The news was the first place I looked to see if everyone was having this problem before I posted, but I must have missed that one, anyway, thanks for looking into it, if my site goes down, it's gone without backups.

@Mikey, I am on Ad-Free, and there is no "Backups" button under "Files" where it's suppose to be.
