bandwidth indicator/chart not working

good day everyone, hope all's real good.

i would just like to ask why my bandwidth indicator/chart (http://[free-hosting-server].x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/stats/bandwidth.html) is always showing "Monthly Bandwidth Transfer: 0 MB"

nothing on the graphs too for "Traffic for Today", "Traffic for Last 7 Days" and "Traffic for Last 12 Months".

uhm is there something wrong? i kinda need this info, so your help would be much appreciated. thanks much, guys

This is a current bug with the cPanel. This probably applies to all or most of the servers as I've seen this being reported before (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/117858-account-reset-restart-scratch-possible.html).

I'm on Chopin and it says 0.1 MB of bandwidth used and I'm sure I used a lot more than that.

i see. so does that also mean they can't tell how much bandwidth we've consumed or is it only us cpanel users who will see unreliable stats?

how do we resolve this?
