Bandwidth not logged since the 12th...

Hey guys, I did report this issue before, but the issue hasn't seemed to have been resolved. Otherwise, my bandwidth in cPanel hasn't been logged since the 12th of Feburary, while only having two days of which it was logged afterwards, but only recorded 0.01KB used. That is complete inaccurate, as every day I know that I have transferred over 10MB worth of data. Can someone please figure out what is going on, and if I am still getting the bandwidth I was assigned? Just want to make sure I'm not pulling an unlimited amount from you guys...

And by the way, I'm using the cPanel's bandwidth reading, along with the Bandwidth button in cPanel, not AWStats.

In the thread http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/51276-awstats-down-2.html Brandon advises that logs arent being created as a result a few things like that arent working.. Does this not apply to you?

We're aware of this, for some reason the staff has to go in and force it to update, as it's not priority, we're not jumping to fix it. We are aware of it, and currently working to solve other issues. We will get to fixing it, as well.

Oh, ok. Just making sure that my account isn't getting unlimited usage on bandwidth. But yeah, does AwStats control the bandwidth meter on the side of cPanel's home page and the Bandwidth page in cPanel as well?
