Bandwith Problem

Hi, I use fopen in my php files but I had an error that said that the page couldnt be open, now for all that erros my bandwith is Exceeded, my question is for all those errors my bandwith exceeded??, if so what can I do??

Moved to level two support
It looks like you might have been opening huge pages with fopen that were eating your bandwidth really fast. It might also be that it was just a mistake.

But yesterday I cant access to my account because someone deleted!!, and I dont know why.
