I have been banned for making a "Phisher To Fraud People" But I didn't upload those files to fraud anyone, I simply did it to see if it even worked.. Have a look at your logs and see if I hacked anyone?

Really does not matter if you used it or if it actually worked.
That should never have been on your website.
