Banner Ad

I am just wondering if it would be OK for me to leave out the banner on a JavaScript file, which will eventually exist and display my Shoutbox on forums. It will be mainly for Invisionfree and their TOS basically rejects forum ads unless they are the Invisionfree ads or Invisionfree ads are removed.

Just as information, there will be a Control Panel which must be used in order to changed settings for the shoutbox and such; and I have already placed the ad near the bottom of that page.

So I would appreciate an answer

As it says in the TOS, the Ads have to be visible in EVERY page of your website that public have access to.
We can not make exceptions.. If an AM checks your website and doesn't find the ads, you'll get suspended.

I'll recommend you to use another forum software that allows you to put ads.
