banner lookup

can some one please look at my website and tell me if the x10advertising banner is inline, at the top and nothing is distorted, as for some reason I can never see it. www.nwfuture.x10hosting.comthx

the banner is ok... the site layout is there... the side images do not load... the counter is ok.. the contact page needs to be improved...
