Yes. I did some research and I found out thats just above average. Average is around 60. I also found out that you shouldn't be throwing that hard.Throw at a speed that is accurate. If you overthrow, you will get tired to easily and lose accuracy. Remember, accuracy is always better than velocity.You muscles are still developing as well.Do not ruin your arm either. Your arm is not developed yet. Just worry about placement for now and speed will flow in later! Have fun
But if you watch and listen to MLB or minor league baseball frequently, it's almost never the velocity that people fuss about. It's the control that's the key to winning games (from a pitcher's perspective)
