Basic Qu: How does the site work?

Yeah so I'm staring at the main account screen and wondering "OK, where do i start?"

can't work out how to upload anything!

sorry if it's a dumb question.. hosting not's my strong point!

I would suggest getting an ftp program such as filezilla or something similar. A website design program. You can also use fantastico which is located in your cPanel. It has website setups in there. Pretty much the easiest way to go.
