Depends what you currently have!

Working with the assumption you downloaded frontpage or dreamweaver and have on your hard disk a bunch of pages and pictures to upload.

Configure the app you used to ftp them to your server so something like mysite.x10hosting.com login with your cpanel username and password, put the files in the public_html directory.

Long as you overwrite the index page, your pages should be automatically visible, if not you can go to one with a direct link and you should see it.

If you have no pages yet, and nothing to write them in you can use the file manager within your cpanel to make pages.

If you've registered for an account, then you just need to wait. Your account has been placed in a queue. You will be notified one your account has been created.

I will assume that you already have your site available to upload to x10hosting, and you are not familiar with FTP.

Once you get your e-mail notifying that your account has been created, go to http://x10hosting.com/login and login with your FORUM username and password. Then, click on the link for "cPanel URL", and login with your HOSTING/ACCOUNT username and password. Click on "File Manager" under "Files", and click "Go". Then, click on "Upload", and click on "Browse".. select the first file you want to upload (start with index.html, or whatever your home page is) and it will go. Keep doing this for each file. Then, you should be able to see your website at your address.

If you get dreamweaver it always gives you the options of viewing free videos with tutorials on how to upload or publish your website with the server
