hmm. wordpress is pretty good. there is also nucleus, which is hard to get used to.

i havent tried the others. plog is good, but you must install it yourself. it lets you host blogs for free, too. http://plogworld.net

I defineatly say that Wordpress is the best, or atleast most popular. It's easy to customize too.
