Yahoo, and GoDaddy. Yahoo's pretty cheap (I think).

I get mine from Godaddy.com and they are great. Never had a problem with them and the DNS always updates quick. Changes take affect right away. After I changed the NS from my old host to X10 I was able to access my X10 site within minutes. Usually takes at least a day before you can access your site.

I really like Optinom. It's easy to register the domain, prices are ok... Only problem is that they only accept paypal (not a problem to me though).
