Best upgrade?

Hello. Currently I have free hosting and its nice, I just dislike the slow loading time. Whenever I try to load my site it takes quite a while a load so I was thinking about upgrading. If I do upgrade, will the loading be faster? And what should I upgrade to, prime or premium?

If you have already upgraded, please post a link to your site so I can see the loading speed. Thanks in advance!

With Prime, you're still on the same servers sharing resources with the same users. If you need increased performance, the choice is really between Illuminated (better, and still pretty cheap) or Premium (much, much better, but more expensive). You may find that Illuminated is all the boost you need if you don't need much more in the way of processing power and your site meets the Free Hosting ToS (there are more things allowed on Premium).

The URL is irrelevant, really -- I have static pages (two requests total, with small, <200-byte background images Base64-encoded in data URIs on a <1K CSS file and no other external resources) that are slow when Absolut is under enough load. Add in any server-side processing or database calls and sprinkle on a few more HTTP requests and you can get bogged down pretty quickly — I've seen good, bare-bones WordPress pages (well, as bare-bones and "good" as WordPress gets, in any case) take several minutes to load all resources on Free Hosting at time A when they're <15 seconds at time B (uncached). Load matters, and there can be a lot of it on a Free Hosting server.
