I have been with your server for little over 48 hours and in that time I have been trying to upload my site and administer the content.
However, since beginning i have had around about 25% uptime which is well below the 99.99% you displayed when I joined, is this the norm? or have i just been unlucky?
I sent an email earlier with no reply, so I decided to post here if this doesnt improve I think I am going to have to find somewhere else

Every time I have spent ten minutes adding content to my site I click 'save' and guess what happens???????
the server fails to respond!!!!!!!!!
I have been spending 4 hours trying to write three pages!!!
my site goes live on monday at this rate i will have it ready when the london olympics begins
Come on!!! who keeps unplugging the server to plug the coffee machine in???
