The new security certificates on the new server have not been fully setup and configured yet. That is what is causing that warning, (and similar warnings), to appear in browsers and it safe to disregard that warning in this particular case for the reasons I stated.
Or, try the suggestion made by Vishal.

Maximum File Size allowed for upload: ∞
Please select files to upload to /usr/local/cpanel/base/undefined
