My home director was deleted, by someone who is not me. Tracked the ip and it was someone in arkansas. Any help?

Change all of your passwords everywhere (including the email password to your yahoo account) if you think someone accessed your account without your permission. As for the files being gone, that should be resolved shortly and your files will be back.
