Big Problem

all my files are gone from my file manager

but it still seems to be reading that the files are there

i cant upload any files either

Read up in the announcements. The servers are undergoing maintenance and there will be a bit of downtime.

All your files are there. Something is wrong with the script, you might have to check with the script creators.

could u check the folder profile pics and check if there is any php files in there if so could u help me delete them

someone may have uploaded a shell

I created an index.html file in your account that says "Hello World". Your account is working fine, it's the script.

You'll have to work with the script creator to fix it, we don't support 3rd party scripts.

ok lemme put this a different way i cant fix the script pges codes because when i click file manager there are no files there to be viewed

What happens if you use the legacy file manager?
Did you try clearing your browsers cache?
Exim has nothing to do with your files. It is a mail transfer agent.

That site has instructions for a variety of browsers.

This might be because of the server maintenance though.

Your file manager works for me, it has to be your computer\browser. You can try using FTP as an alternate.

cause my file manager is working i just cant see my files and wither way when i visit my site is still say no input file selected

I checked from my home connection and am able to see your files through your file manager.

i fixed it

basicly someone uploaded a corrupt file so i had to change the permission for my public html folder so i could view my files and delete the file every things back to normal now
