Big problems

Every time we get 5-6 members online on forum site just breaks or we get suspension for high server usage.
Usage is certanly not the problem since it cannot be caused by 5 members reading 1 new announcement we put on forum.
Can you pls resolve those issues or help us in any way.

Hello there,

The problems you're experiencing are typical of a forum with lots of badly written mods installed. Please try disabling any mods you've installed for the software and re-enabe them all one by one to see which ones are causing your suspensions.

We never make any exceptions to the high resource usage suspension, if you're constantly suspended, it's a problem with your site, not our scripts.

Also, you posted this in tthe wrong forum. It's best if you post in 'Free Hosting' for all support requests, 'Suspended Account's is for unsuspension requests only.
