Biggest Issue Fixed, smaller one popped up

First of all, I'd like to thank Corey for his almost immediate fix to my SUHOSIN error.

I was also told to upgrade my php to intermediate, which I did, and they told me my request was accepted.

Of course, that's excellent.

However, it seems I'm unable to upload stuff. I'm using Joomla!, and it keeps saying there's an error uploading when I attempt to Upload/Install a new extension/template.

Is this because my PHP upgrade is not complete?

I do know that uploading extensions and packages worked before, because I uploaded an extension and my template, and both installed cleanly and correctly.

I would attempt to try uploading via FTP, but I don't know my login details, and the login for my Control Panel keeps timing out. Which of course, I don't blame, I understand that these hosts get a lot of traffic, and sometimes get bogged down.

EDIT: Also, as of 9:29 PM today, I am no longer able to get into my website. Neither the Joomla control panel or the site itself. I'm a little worried now


Any help or reassurance would be excellent.

Look in the cPanel error log and see if you can find any php errors from Joomla related to the uploading and post them here.
