When i look at cpanel its clean no errors.

Is there any place where i can look logs? or can someone please help me?

Thanks in Advance

The only error log I could see is one in public_html which is "error_log" and doesn't contain anything current. The normal apache logs aren't accessible because they contain the logs for every account on the server, and the normal ones from cPanel are disabled to reduce load and maximize storage (same reason AWStats and the other stats engines were disabled, not sure if they still are though). Generally speaking, I've not actually -seen- a script that doesn't use the regular error_log for fatal errors. With the way that script is set up, it may not be possible to actually -see- what the fatal error is, because it doesn't sound like it's storing it in the normal place (the error_log in public_html).
