Can anyone tell me if i at least have this in the right place?? or if it is being worked on??

If you have read the topic, and none of your pages are showing blank, then yes.
EDIT:
I looked your file over, and I have done what needed to be done.

Thanks my forum now appears.

Only problem is now i get this at the bottom of my forum:

No all i did was change the subs.txt back to subs.php and uploaded it.
Edit:
Don't worry.. It will be easier if i just delete smf from my directory and do a fresh install with your update in the other thread.
It was a reasonably new install and won't take long to get up and running.

BTW I am in aus which is why i take so long to get back.
