Blocked Access due to Different Location

Hello,

My friend introduced me your free hosting service as we will be working on a forum site.

Now, as we tried our script, the homepage works fine but when we proceed, we got Error 404.

Not Found
The requested URL /install/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Now, while we know that domain propagation may take a while but the first page already shows. So may I know what we're missing?

Also , I tried to access it from the Philippines, but I got a message, HALT, the account was created from United States and I'm access in PH. So it won't allow me to proceed. What can I do to remove the restriction?

issue is x10hosting's firewall around the IP's country code your account was registered with - your current IP's country code must be the same when you sign-in to your account

Ok I was able to finish the installation process but it won't let me login to the Admin Panel - http://earthwalkermc.com/admin

Can they add my IP to the said account?
