Blocked from MSQL "mysqladmin flush-hosts" error :/

Hey i just received the normal "mysqladmin flush-hosts"
error seeing as i failed to connect to the database in 10 tries.
Couldn't get what was wrong, the login and the database name was okay.
The only thing i was unsure about was the server but i used localhost witch i assume is the standard

Are you trying to access MySQL Databases on your x10Hosting account from elsewhere? Remote connections to MySQL is blocked by default.

Well no from my account.
Well thourgh an .php file that tries to access a database i made
But it never connected. I made an empty database and a user and all but it didnt work :/
and now im banned from it

and i cant flush it through the php my admin since i didnt have the rights to lol so can an admin please do this quickly so i can get back to work? Thanks you

This is usually a temp ban. I would suggest not trying to connect to many times in a short period. As the firewall tends to not agree with those actions.

meh it's been over 6 hours and im still baned :/

it sais, so i guess you need to flush the hosts then

I've flushed the cached hosts.
