I've managed to get my IP blocked from x10 servers while trying to setup a FTP client. Had multiple failed attempts which I'm sure is what caused it. Could someone please unblock me at your earliest convenience? TIA

Could you login to the Account Panel, and post the error code.
I'm not receiving any codes when I login to the panel but when I try to open the CP it will not load along with my website. I assumed the firewall was blocking me but it may be isolated to my PC. It was late and I never tried another PC on the LAN. After 24 hours it may clear on it own anyway.
I'm on a different network now and everything appears to be working.
I'm still perplexed why I couldn't get ftp to connect. I use it everyday at my job with now issues.

That is why I asked. If you still have issues tomorrow, look for http error when going to the website. It might give an idea of what to look for. You can always post back if need be. The domain would be helpful to troubleshoot dns, and ssl from my network.

My home office IP was definitely blocked. I forced a public IP change with my ISP and all is well with access to my site and host c panel. I reset my DirectAdmin pw and gained access with ftp. I wasn't aware that the DirectAdmin pw was different than the regular login. The repeated failed ftp logins must have triggered the block.
I appreciate your time and attention with this issue.
