bluetooth, where shall I start

I have some bluetooth icons in my pc, the motherboard is changed as it blocked for one or another reason, you see, I could surf perfectly with my wifi network card only and then the thing blocked, it was a new laptop, a present because I wanted the old one to be repaired and they thought in the shop it was too old. "Well," I said "I'm not intended to buy a new one, I never used it for what I bought it."
Nevertheless I got it for free. They put a new motherboard and now the bluetooth light never burns as it did before. I have a wap gsm that the laptop doesn't detect. Where do I have to start for sufing with bluetooth?

Well...it really depends on your bluetooth device. I tried to surf with my bluetooth adapter...it didn't work. Make sure you've installed the bluetooth software BEFORE you plug in your bluetooth device.
