I sent in a request, which was then closed, after I had missed the response to it. I It was in part from the trouble with Boro, and in part asking for help backing up the databases. I don't really need to have the database backed up, but I would like to know when will the account be fixed, or upgraded as you promised for all of those that were affected by the Boro upgrade? Thank you kindly for your time.

If you are speaking about boru server upgrade as mentioned in the following post

Then if that thread is closed even then you must have been in communication with one of the admins but not on the forum thread but from the support request through your control panel.
Chances are rare that your request thread is closed and nothing happened from Admin's side.
Did you check your e-mails?
Also from your main X10 control panel page, you can see your support requests..did you check there? If not, kindly check and respond accordingly.
