Dear Support Team,
When I try to log in to cPanel, it says Login Attempt Failed. I used the same login to log in to x10hosting. Am I using the wrong one?

To sign onto cPanel you should be using your cPanel username, which is different from your Forum username. The password might be different too.

The Account Management System will show you your cPanel username. To sign in there, use your Forum username and password.

You can click on View Details and there you should see a button that will log you onto cPanel.

I used the log in in the account management system and used the password that I recently updated, but it still doesn't work.
