Boru down redirect suggestion

Currently when Boru goes down, a 404 error page is displayed with information that may suggest to a user the web pages have been removed, or a URL construct error of some sort.

I suggest we have a landing page that displays server status to the user, and to return later when the service is available.

a connection check with redirect could be placed in the 404 file

What 404 error page is shown? If it's the generic "Page not found" page that the browser displays, that'd be case A below. If it's the "Website not found!" page that x10hosting has, that'd be case B below.

For Case A, (no sarcasm intended here) the server itself is offline. There's no way to display an error page of -our- choosing when the server isn't online to display it.

For Case B, this I can see being very useful. There's times after a reboot where the home directory doesn't show up right away, and during those times it'd be a nice error page to display.
