[Boru] FTP and Website issue

Well, i've recently parked my domain hackan.com.ar in my x10 account hycco, and before that it was hycco.x10.bz.
The problem now is that for some reason the website is down, it shows:
http://hackan.com.ar/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.

It's not a dns cache problem, i tested on different computers, on different networks, on different physical locations, on different OS and different web browser.
So i tried FTP access, but it rejects me (i use FileZilla, and also tried with ftp command in my Ubuntu 10.10): Respuesta: 530 Login incorrect.
I verified usernames/passwords, also made a new user for testing with a very simple and weak password, but it keeps rejecting me.
Everything was working fine before the domain change
Also, i checked nic.ar and hackan.com.ar is pointed correctly to x10 dns's servers (otherwise i wouldn't see http://hackan.com.ar/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi)
So i dunno what else to try, hope you can help me

I just got iluminated and used CPanel File Manager, and it works correctly. Nevertheless the site and ftp are still down

That page shows after you just changed your domain name. It can take up to 12-24 hours for the server to fully update the host entries for main domain changes.

Please try again tomorrow and clear your browser/DNS cache before doing so. If it continues to redirect, please post back here so we can assist you further.

OK, i've waited long enough.
Both my main domain and my parked domain are not working.
The main gives that cgi screen; the parked gives a 500 internal server error, and i didn't set any redirection because i wan't them both to be the same thing...

So please, see if there's something wrong
Or if DNS's can be manually updated.

EDIT
I checked DNS zone editor in CPanel, and find out that hycco.com.ar points to a different address than hackan.com.ar :S
I traced them, and one is in stoli while the other one in boru!!! they should be both in boru...
(parked) hycco.com.ar: http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/69.175.121.66 boru
(main) hackan.com.ar: http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/69.175.122.178 stoli

EDIT 2
i was able to connect to ftp.hycco.com.ar, and checked against cpanel file manager.
Maybe the solution is to manually change hackan.com.ar address in the dns zone editor.
Anyway, accessing www.hycco.com.ar still gives a 500 internal server error

I believe i solved it. hycco.com.ar is working perfectly, no longer 500 internal server error since i modified .htaccess
I've started uploading the site and seems to be working. i'm editing hackan.com.ar ip address so it points to boru, as it should.
I'll be back later to inform if it worked or not.

The problem were the dns's, so i edited them manually and now is fully working.
I'm closing this thread.
