Bots invading my wiki

Hi, an army of bots are invading my basic install wiki. I managed to stop them making new pages with the email confirmation setting.

But the ~10k random pages are still on the wiki and they are still making new user accounts every 5 minutes.

I'm somewhat hoping someone on this wiki know the best way to deal with this.

If there an option to add a recaptcha so they can't click the continue button without doing it first?
