Bought domain name. How to integrate?

I just bought a domain name. Is there a way that I can make it tie to the hosting I have through x10? So, instead of typing www.jokersjokers.x10hosting.com I want to use www.jokersjokers.com (the domain I purchased) and have it go to the sample place.

Set the nameservers on the domain to n1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and then park the domain in cPanel.
It can take up to 24 hours for the domain to start working.
