Breaking Rules?

Hi !
My site is still under construction.I use FF2 for administration.
Today I checked my CMS Statistics, I saw IE7 and Opera Browsers being listed.
I don't remember when I lasted used IE7(for that matter even IE).
I also checked cPanel's Latest Visitors, couldn't get anything conclusive.

So I password protected my "root" folder, to prevent access to anybody till I make it ready to hit wild net.

I know the x10H ads should be there on/after 7 days(by that time I think it should be ready).

1. So till then am I risking me of being banned?

2.Also can I use https (Secure HTTP) in my website?

3.Please let me know whether these functions are disabled in default php configuration file(php.ini) or not.

I am using the trimmed down version of php.
4.If most answers of 3 are in negative, then can I use my own php.ini to further tighten the security.I know due do security reasons x10H has blocked direct access to php.ini file.

1. Of being banned no, of being suspended yes. Create a test account for x10hosting staff to be able to review your website and PM it to me.

2. We don't provide "https" for free accounts.

3. I'm not really sure about this one, but you can request the "Intermediate" PHP version with no problems, we accept almost all requests for this one.

4. I'm sorry but you can't. As you said, it's for security reasons.
