Ok, so here's the quick version of what looks to have happened.

X10 v3 launched.

Beyond that, the backup I took of the SMF database through cpanel is almost identical (some of the timestamps are different, because users came on to look for new posts) the last backup I have of my SMF database (created from within smf itself) from last friday (not much happens on that forum).

Where I'm getting confused is that now it works sporadically, but most of the time the system just displays a blank white page. Where I'm REALLY getting confused is that I haven't modified any configuration settings since last friday (and it was working on sunday), and as near as I can tell, neither has the only other mod on the system.

Is the problem isolated to just me, or did the launch of V3 change something that would cause the forum to not do anything on sustained? I'm guessing its just me, but if thats the case then what in the blue hell blew up, and why can't I find any trace of it?

It's not making error logs either (but then again, it doesn't appear to be throwing errors either); if it does make one, I'll post it.

Oh ****. I'm gunna bet it is if they made that change on Sunday :S

Now the $1,000,000 question: would reinstalling SMF fix it, or is that about as likely to help as me chewing bubblegum?

Dang, guess it's a good thing we've got a secondary forum up on a crappier host (mostly crappier because we have nearly no control over the forums themselves, and can't get database backups -_-')

Thanks for the help, now it's just a waiting game :( (I already posted there once, I'll edit the reply if I'm the last one who posted)
