browser don't show my website

hello
i delete www folder files and change my password and domain name and delete mysql database
then i create new database extract files to www folder and i want to enter to site
but browser show this screen
what i must do?

Please clear your browser's cache. I see an internal server error page when I visit your site. Please make sure that everything is in order in your public_html directory: That all folders inside there have permissions of 755 and php files have permissions of 644. Also check your .htaccess file there. The www directory is only a mirror of public_html directory, so you need to do everything through public_html.
