Depends what you want to do with your site.

If you are wanting to write it up in HTML, then you would need to create an HTML page, and upload it via the Cpanel's File Manager or FTP.

You can install a forum, blog or CMS either manually or using Cpanel's Fantastico ... that installs the software for you.

Well, the first question would be 'what sort of site are you wanting to make'? Once you decide that, you can use one of many programs out there to code the HTML or PHP for you. Or, if you so choose, you can go to W3 Schools or to the W3 Consortium and learn the XHTML/HTML and CSS yourself.

I personally suggest the second way, that way you understand everything that is going on within your site. The code generators have a tendency to stick in too much 'extra' stuff.

hao!

if you're trying to make a personal website, I suggest that you use wordpress...

it is easy to customize
it has a lot of extensions, and themes that are free to download
it is easy to code themes and extensions (version 2.3 will make this easier I believe)

other than this there are a lot of options, check your cpanel and look for fantastico... just follow the guide, and then voila an instant portal, blog, forum etc.

the best thing is it's free (cms's in fantastico are free, and so is the site hosting + cpanel)! be glad you found x10hosting, other hosts with these features usually cost bucks, and awful support...

note :

I had problems with wordpress when I was using the basic PHP package. I suggest you pick a package that allows SUHOSIN.

If you think that pre-made scripts can't satisfy your taste in making web sites, there are a lot of tutorials on the web.

learn php at http://php.net <- look for tutorials in their docs
learn actionscrit at http://actionscripts.org
learn almost everything else at http://w3schools.org

PEACE!

Another alternative is asking some one here to help you create your code. I'm sure there are people here that're willing to assist you in the creation of your code and your website.
