So I have my site set and it was all good, i've had it up for quite a while now, and today I wake up to

Too many connections [1040]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
I'm running phpbb3, and so far people have had this error before, but I haven't found an actual fix anywhere.
So I attempted to log into my Cpanel on x10, and I got this as an error
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
Anyone know what's up with this?
