What steps do I have to take when I do this ?

* Ad-Free or Ad-Enhanced account - ad free account

Do you own the domain? If you have bought the domain you will need to go to the domain registrar and point the "nameservers" to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. You will then log into your cPanel and add it to the addon domains. Doing this will allow you to keep using the current x10hosting sub-domain until the nameservers have propagated.

Once they have pointed to the x10 servers you can make it your primary domain.
