bvssigma account still unavailable

Dear Support,

Our site at x10hosting (www.bvssigma.x10hosting.com) has been down since the beginning of the server maintenance, and has not been restored. I have been unable to log into cpanel for the account during this time as well, and am not sure if this was to be expected or not.

I will Escalate this thread to staff, They will check this issue more closely.
