C-panel Doesn't work :[

So i actually had a problem before about my account being "suspended", but now its fixed, but my cpanel doesn't work! the site, account page, and forums work well though, and i really don't want to leave x10 hosting :X

I"m pretty sure my login information correct (i even changed my password again), but it still does not allow me to sign into my cpanel.

I have changed the IP of your site from .216 to .219. This will take a few hours to update.

There has been an issue recently with Global Crossing causing people not to be able to get to the .216 address. Changing the IP seems to resolve it.
