c panel exceed databases

i do not have any databases installed and when i go to make one, it says database # exceeded. what's up?

The Static plan doesn't come with any database.
If you want to use database, you can upgrade your hosting package yourself at: http://x10hosting.com/account to Advanced (3 databases) or Corporate (5 databases)
