C panel logon problem + uploading problem

When I first joined X10 hosting (June 2011) I was able to log onto c panel by just putting in my user name and password. Now if I try to log onto my c panel, or c panel webmail I get an error message "Log in attempt failed" and sometimes also "invalid username specified" . Somehow tonight after many attempts in different ways, I finally logged on through the forum, but I am not sure how because several attempts to log on thru the forum yielded the error "invalid user name or password" I used my email address to "change password" and I recieved a change password link thru my email....so I knew my account was still there. (My last log on before tonight was August 13, 2011.) When I tried to log on through the forum tonight I received an error message no account found. Somehow (I really don't know how....) I finally got logged on to the forum and later was able to get into my c panel from my account management page...but I am still getting these errors when trying to log onto my forum account or website cpanel through the usual ways such as (https://boru.x10hosting.com:2096/login/) My email is avemariae@yahoo.com My forum name is avemariae20 (assigned to me...) and my website is purrsndreams.pcriot.com My website user name is persians.

Another issue is that whenever I upload website changes to my public_html folder, the files always end up in some other folder and I have to log onto cpanel and move them to the public_html folder. Also, when I put in my username which is persians, (I am using Core ftp) I cannot successfully connect to my website, but if I put in purrsndreams2 core ftp will make a connection but the upload does not go where I want it....
