I continue to have cache issues which is making altering CSS a nightmare. I have a joomla installation and have done the following:
.htaccess file has disabled varnish cache
Joomla cache is disabled
Cookie & JS timestamping set in code
Tried multiple browsers
Used google chrome extension cache killer
After saving the custom.css file there is approx a 2-5 minute delay before the page is updated.
If you would like to have a look in to this my username is seekagee and the installation I am discussing is under my /new directory. I have everything backed up so please feel free to test changing the CSS for yourself. As always your help is greatly appreciated - I have come to you as a last resort after trying everything I can think of.
