Can´t access my files nor my site

This is the server IP 74.86.116.187 and it says that MySQL is offline :dunno:, is it normal that I can´t access my site http://rafarivas.exofire.net
or my files?? Could I fix it or the problem is not mine??

MySQL is online, it is an error with our status script. I'll look into it today as it's causing confusion.

I am able to access your site fine, are you still having issues with it?

Yes, still having issues with it. I write http://rafarivas.exofire.net in my browser and page can´t be found. Neither can access the control panel.
