Can´t Log in!!!!

I can´t log in the control panel and the FTP?¿?
With the control paner I´de tried:
http://cuatricicleta.com.ar:2082
and:
http://70.85.87.52:2082
but It says that tha password is wrong...
And in the FTP:

ftp.cuatricicleta.com.ar
and
70.85.87.52
but It says that tha password is wrong...

What is hapenning?¿?
